Whitlow Appraisals, LLC has provided real estated appraisals on properties located in the West Central Missouri area for approximately 35 years. We cover the counties of Henry, Johnson, St. Clair, Bates, Cass, and Benton and we provide appraisals of residential, agricultural, commercial and recreational properties.

Appraisers on our staff include Andy Lasswell (General Certified), Wanda Batschelett (Residential Certified) and Mark Funk (General Certified). We have appraisers who are both VA and FHA approved.

We are members of the Western Missouri Appraisal Association, Sedalia/Warsaw Multi-List Service and the Midwest Missouri Multi-List Service. Mr. Lasswell is also a member of the Missouri Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
